NitroFlow Lab is a self-contained nitrogen gas generator that produces up to 32 lpm of pure LC/MS grade nitrogen at pressures up to 8 bar. Nitrogen is produced by utilising a combination of compressor and membrane separation technologies. High and low pressure compressors are carefully matched to the hollow fibre membranes to ensure quiet and reliable operation. Oil free compressed air is passed through the unique proprietary hollow fibre membranes which separate the air into a concentrated nitrogen stream.
Parker domnick hunter LCMS nitrogen gas generators employ robust, field proven technology to meet the drying, sheath and nebulisation gas requirements of today’s latest LC/MS instrumentation. Five models operate at flow rates from 15 L/min to 50 L/min.
The Parker Balston SOURCE TriGas Generator is a completely engineered system designed to deliver pure nitrogen for curtain gas, pure zero grade air as gas-1/gas-2 source gases and dry -40°F dew point air as source exhaust. The system consists of six functional technologies: Coalescing prefiltration with timed solenoid drains, self regenerating compressed air dehydration membranes, a proprietary heated catalysis module, elegant self-regenerating nitrogen retentate membranes, high capacity - high sensitivity carbon absorption modules and carefully matched final filtration membrane media. These technologies are integrated to a reliable scroll compressor.
Holtec nitrogen generation provides an affordable, energy-conscious alternative to buying liquid nitrogen/high pressure gas cylinders. Producing only the purity of nitrogen needed with a Holtec Gas Systems Membrane or PSA Nitrogen Generator reduces your costs and eliminates the hassle and safety issues you have with cylinder or liquid nitrogen supplies.
