The air-cooled high pressure compressors of the SAUER Tornado series combine compact design with maximum performance and final pressures of up to 400 bar, thanks to their vertical design.
Outstanding characteristics:
- Total compression divided into 3 or 4 individual stages – better cylinder cooling, lower oil requirement
- High efficiency cooling fan for lower operating temperatures and less maintenance
- Vertical construction – footprint smaller than 0.5 m²
- Low maintenance requirements – in intervals of 2,500 hours
- Heavy duty, rigid flange connection between motor and compressor
