Thanksgiving and the Holiday time of year is a great time to reflect on all the bounty that is around us. The events that took place this year make all of us at Industrial Air Centers even more grateful for what we have.
Our business was abruptly disrupted this year when our major supplier ended our relationship in February. Our staff immediately went to work to find the best solutions we could to meet the demands of our customer base.
It is a wonderful thing to witness a group of people who have become your “work family” walk toward the fire, not run from it. That spirit allowed us to go out and partner with manufacturers who are providing superior solutions for our customers.
Industrial Air Centers now has multiple suppliers for many of our products. This allows us to find the best solution for the customer’s application. We feel that this gives us an advantage over our previous situation in which we had a primary supplier who forced us to fit one of their products into the customer’s application. For that change we are very thankful.
The primary reason customers use Industrial Air Centers is to keep their production running reliably and efficiently. We have been able to direct source the parts we need to keep existing equipment running properly. This has allowed us to reduce the price of some items, control the quality, and honor warranties on equipment previously sold.
We are thankful for the support we have received from our many new suppliers. Their efforts and focus on helping us meet our goal of being the premier supplier of compressed air equipment and service has been remarkable.
Most of all we want to thank You, our customers. Without your loyalty and trust, none of this would be possible. The support from you has been truly wonderful over the last 26 years, but especially over the last year. No one realizes how strong a bond is until someone else tries to break it.
Our promise to you is that we will continue to work on improving our service and try to bring the highest quality and most innovative products to market, so that our bond continues to strengthen.
A year like this one also makes you appreciate the things that really matter. Family: always remember they come first. True Friends: give them your time and you will get it back in return. And last, but not least, yourself. Make sure to take time for your own health and well-being so that you are around for your loved ones as long as possible.
