Yes. Once the status of your order changes, you will receive an automated notification saying your item has shipped.

Our parts and equipment vary in weight, with some items reaching thousands of pounds. Calculating shipping costs automatically for all product types and locations is complex. Additionally, certain items have governmental shipping restrictions that prevent international shipping.

Our used equipment inventory is always available and typically ships within 3 days after arranging shipment.

For parts, in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days of your order and out-of-stock ship at the discretion of the manufacturer's lead time.

Returns

To request a return, email iacparts@iacserv.com with:
✓  Your contact information
✓  Order number
✓  Part number & quantity
✓  Reason for return

IAC will issue an RMA for items that can be returned for credit consideration. Returns are subject to approval and may include a restocking fee.

Returned items must be:
✓  In original, unopened packaging
✓  In resalable condition

Returns will not be accepted for:
✓  Electrical components (starters, timers, solenoid valves, fuses, etc.)
✓  Items outside the warranty period
✓  Unauthorized returns without an RMA number (these will be disposed of with no credit issued)
