DRYPOINT® AC Series

(10,2 … 119 m³/h)

Reliable drying – even under high pressure: When the conditions are unfavourable and the air volume flows are higher, then the demands on the construction design of a compressed-air dryer are also higher. Our cold-regenerated adsorption dryer is particularly robust and durable due to its high-quality components. They remove the humidity from the compressed air in an efficient and safe manner by utilising a desiccant. A small proportion of the dried compressed air is subsequently implemented for regeneration. Compressed air losses are therefore retained a consistently low level and the operating costs are significantly reduced.

The compact adsorption dryer

For volume flows from 10 – 120 m³/h, the DRYPOINT AC 119 – AC 196 cold-regenerating adsorption dryer guarantees a stable supply with high-quality compressed air by utilising high-grade, desiccant drying agent. The desiccant is filled in cartridges and extracts moisture from the compressed air up to a pressure dew point of -70 °C. An integrated after filter safely retains the resulting abrasion from the desiccant. This adsorption dryer thereby ensures a smooth, trouble-free and economical production process.

Compact construction design – benefits with quality, efficiency and service

The DRYPOINT AC 119 - AC 196 cold-regeneration adsorption dryer, combined with a CLEARPOINT compressed air upstream filter and optional BEKOMAT condensate drain off, guarantees maximum safety and performance as a true system solution. The DRYPOINT AC provides a stable supply of high quality compressed air by utilising high-grade desiccant and integrated compressed air post-filtration. With the integrated compressor synchronisation control system and a possible remote monitoring by utilising an alarm contact, this adsorption dryer ensures smooth, trouble-free and economical production processes and impresses with its flexibility and service friendliness.

Economical and service friendly

You will profit with DRYPOINT AC 119 – AC 196 many times simultaneously. The energy-saving compressor synchronisation control system provides a considerable reduction in operating costs, as no regeneration air is utilised during the compressor downtime. In addition, energy costs are saved due to the low pressure drop of just an average of 0.35 bar, including upstream and downstream filters. The ongoing controlling and control system for the dryer is also impressively reliable and cost-effective. The potential-free alarm contact of the DRYPOINT AC enables it to be connected to a control room for remote monitoring and switching off. The DRYPOINT AC impresses as particularly service friendly for regular servicing, maintenance and in case of repair works. One example is the simple, rapid and clean exchange of cartridges during service works.

Versatile installation possibilities for flexible applications

The DRYPOINT AC 119 - AC 196 is prepared by utilising a multi-port for the most varied installation methods and installation conditions. Simply rotating the connection block (multiple-route manifold) enables the inlet and outlet connections for the air flow to be freely positioned. The DRYPOINT AC can be installed both horizontally and vertically due to the pre-tensioned desiccant so that a total of 20 different installation options are available. The multiple voltage supply possibilities with the DRYPOINT AC 119 - AC 196 enable it to be directly connected to any standard power supply and it is therefore perfectly suited for worldwide use.

EVERDRY® Series

(580 – 20000 m³/h)

The EVERDRY series offers standardised system concepts with a wide range of possible variations as a heat-regenerating adsorption dryer for compressed air. The highly complex tasks involved in compressed-air drying of larger volume flows can therefore be solved particularly economically. Customer-specific requirements can be fulfilled with individual solutions. In such cases it is not the availability, rather the solution-oriented, optimal technology which determines the concept for a drying plant or system. BEKO TECHNOLOGIES develops and project manages complete concepts which are tailor-made to the customer´s needs.

Regeneration utilising blown air

Desorption by utilising heated blown air is the fundamental principle for the EVERDRY FR basic concept. The system unifies tried and tested process technology with state of the art plant, system and control system engineering. Three standardised, but still very variable, basic concepts are currently available. These are universally implementable and have proven themselves in all climatic zones. Control and pneumatic cabinets are located with all basic concepts on the front of the system for simplified operation, trouble-free control and maintenance. 23 models cover performance stages from 580 up to 20,000 m³/h, higher volume flows can be implemented on request.

EVERDRY® FRA ambient air: Cooling utilising ambient air

Desorption with EVERDRY FRA is executed in the counter-current to the adsorption direction with heated blown air and cooling by utilising blown air in the direct current. No compressed air losses therefore result for regeneration (ZERO Purge). Utilising this adsorption dryer is dependent on the ambient conditions, which must be inspected before every application.

EVERDRY® FRL Loop: encapsulated cooling air routing

Desorption with EVERDRY FRL is executed in the counter-current to the adsorption direction with heated blown air and cooling by utilising blown air in the direct current in an encapsulated cooling circuit (loop). The cooling stage is therefore created independently of the ambient conditions, which means that this adsorption dryer can be utilised worldwide in every climatic zone. Compressed air is not required for the cooling stage (ZERO Purge).

EVERDRY® FRP purge air: Cooling utilising compressed air

The universal and worldwide implementable EVERDRY FRP executes the desorption in the counter-current to the adsorption direction with heated blown air and cooling by utilising a relieved, partial flow from the dried compressed air flow.
